Must be able to perform periodic quality checks for blocks (height, diameter, and visual inspections)

Must be able to log defects in database

Must be able to start, stop and make minor adjustments to printer, or testers

Must be able to package parts according to their letter class

Must be able to label boxes and keep track of the count of parts

Must be able to maintain a reliable attendance record

Must be able to work in hot and humid environment for extended periods

Must be able to work safely in close proximity to strong electromagnetic fields

Must be able to remain on feet or walking 90% of the time

Frequently lifts materials up to 80 pounds (Team lift)

Willing and able to complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting

Perceive, identify, and respond to plant and site alarms

Previous experience in extrusion and/or blending technology, manufacturing, the military, or a related environment is highly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word and Excel)

Ability to perform basic math

High attention to detail

Follow procedures and practices to ensure a safe and efficient operation

Associate degree or higher

Other technical or manufacturing certifications

Proficiency in SAP

Forklift experience
