Starting Salary: $75,000 (Negotiable upon experience)

Knowledge with FIS Horizon required

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial, residential and consumer loan servicing operations.

Proficient English reading, writing, grammar, mathematics,

Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

A minimum of five (5) years loan operations and servicing experience required, including direct exposure to loan boarding, payment processing, payoffs, reconciliation, and investor reporting.

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred

Specialized training in residential mortgage and/or consumer loan servicing preferred.

Knowledge in escrow administration is beneficial but can be taught.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $33,696.00 - $55,357.00 / year.

Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

A minimum of one year of retail selling experience.

Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions.

For some locations, the ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and will be discussed upon interview

Standing for prolonged periods is part of this role; potential for lifting up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.
