Level 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience. * Level 2 - 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience. * Level 3 - 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. * Level 4 - 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a goverment clearance

Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.

Lifting and moving materials may be required.

Domain knowledge and contextual understanding of robotics and use of robotics in naval mission space, especially autonomous vehicles

Experience with requirements management

Experience with JAMA or similar requirements management tools

Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for Model Based Design, Simulation and Data Analysis.

Experience with Atlassian tool suite (e.g., JIRA/Confluence).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
