2+ years of experience in IT support, asset management, warehouse operations, procurement, or inventory management

Experience working within **ServiceNow** or a similar ticketing system

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and device imaging

Experience tracking and managing technology assets

Experience with IT asset management processes

Supporting hardware procurement activities

Experience with inventory audits and asset reconciliation

Familiarity with laptop, desktop, mobile device, and peripheral deployment

Previous experience in a warehouse or technology logistics environment

Understanding of hardware lifecycle management best practices
