This position may be required to be/become forklift certified upon hire.
HS diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of machining processes and manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of blueprint interpretation including geometric tolerancing
Knowledge of manufacturing including post (secondary) processes
Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools
Knowledge of various types of machining centers and machining practices
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions and execute those instructions accurately and timely
Must be dependable and willing to adjust schedule and workload per business demands
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and handle material and parts as required by this position
Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays as needed
