1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Post-orientation training from 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: Initial training on 1st shift

The expected base rate for this role is between $60,000 - $100,000

Dispatch and closing schedules during the onboarding and training period

Minimum of 3 years experience managing CDL-A employee drivers of mix tenure.

Some experience with fleet to handle breakdowns and equipment switches, if needed during early morning or afterhours.

Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution required.

Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.

High school diploma or GED required

Broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations, methods and procedures.

Strong understanding of DOT requirements. Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.

Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office).
