The ability to ethically leverage AI tools for HR functions such as data analysis and process automation
Familiarity with Learning Management Software
A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Training & Development, with a background in instructional design.
A proven track record of delivering dynamic, engaging live training to diverse audiences.
