Notify the Production department about the performance of Welders/Welding operators every week.
Review the Job Instructions sheet from Welding perspective.
Review Customer Specifications and Code restrictions and develop Weld procedures specific to the project requirement.
May perform experimental welding to evaluate new equipment, techniques, and materials.
Surveillance check on the production welds to ensure the welds are in compliance with the welding procedure specification.
