0-2+ years of mechanical repair, machine shop, automotive repair, or mechanical/electrical assembly experience (vocational training or hands-on trade experience welcome).

Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, assembly checklists, and written SOPs.

Must own a standard set of SAE hand tools, precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators), and a roll-around toolbox.

Ability to stand for extended periods

Perform overhead lifting/motion

Lift up to 25-50 lbs

Work overtime/weekends as customer repair turnaround demands.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Prior experience with industrial rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, compressors, turbines, or gearboxes).

Hands-on exposure to valve automation, actuators, or electrical wiring.

Experience working in a fast-paced aftermarket service center or Quick Response Center.
