B.S. degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other solid modeling software

Willingness to accept assignments of all types, including intermittent travel up to 10%

Familiarity with a wide range of machinery, mechanical equipment, construction materials, and construction methods

General knowledge of steel fabrication processes (welding, CNC milling, facing, etc.)

Familiarity with basic engineering principles and strong mathematical ability

Computer skills and ability to learn production systems

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (75+ lbs. with assistance)

Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift

Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Steel-toe footwear

Previous assembly, finishing, quality inspection, or team leadership experience preferred
