Associate degree in diesel engine technology or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of industry experience or six years of military experience working on medium-speed diesel engines
Four or more years of experience as an FM Field Service Technician preferred
Three or more years of supervisory experience in a service environment is preferred
Basic foundation in pneumatic systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electronic engine controls
Familiarity with a variety of FM engine products
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project; experience with an enterprise resource planning system such as Oracle or Salesforce is preferred
Ability to travel up to 25%
Proof of U.S. citizenship and attest that they do not hold dual citizenship
