Hours of operation are **24/7**

Overnight hours are limited, however, making this an especially great opportunity for someone seeking morning, afternoon, or evening hours.

A minimum of **30 hours per week**

Certification spans**two** consecutive weeks, **Monday through Friday** , with eight hours of online classroom time each day.

CRM Systems Experience with customer relationship management platforms.

Data Entry & Documentation Accurately recording member interactions and application reviews.

Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and possibly Access or Teams.

Ability to use Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Teams, etc.) and utilize dual monitors/toggle between systems at the same time

Must be able to read, speak, and take notes at the same time on a phone call

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
