Two (2) years of clinical experience.

Thorough knowledge of psychosocial diagnostic categories and treatment approaches including evidence-based treatment modalities, suicide assessment, and therapeutic crisis intervention

Working knowledge of legal requirements for reporting abuse and homicidal threats

Ability to use electronic medical record.

Ability to access, diagnose and treat child and adult mental health patients. Individual, couple, family and group therapy skills required.

Thorough and working knowledge of psychological diagnostic categories and evidenced based treatment approaches.

Working knowledge of relevant outcome measures.

Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Working knowledge of legal requirements for reporting abuse, homicidal threats, involuntary hospitalization, etc.

Ability to manage a large caseload, and to interface with large provider and support staff.

Efficient use of electronic medical record.

Proficient computer skills in windows applications.

Knowledge of Co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.

**Pay Range:** $19 - $20

FT, Varied

Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field required or licensed degree per state of practice guideline. RN licensure may be used per state of practice guidelines.

Previous management experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working in assessment for chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients.

Must have strong clinical assessment skills.

Knowledgeable in all CMS, JCAHO, EMTLA, and State regulations and standards of performance.

Current unencumbered clinical social work, counselor or RN license or per state requirements.

Valid driver's license

A favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Proof of insurance when using own auto.

Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
