Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5+ years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing operations, or process/business improvement roles
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience with process documentation, KPI development, and change management
Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority over their teams
Comfortable making and defending decisions under ambiguity or competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation and training materials
