3+ years of experience as an Operator, Assembler, or Inspector with knowledge of mechanical inspection

High School degree or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and various industry and customer specifications

Skilled using measuring equipment: micrometer; caliper; optical / vision comparator; height gages etc.

Ability to work at a microscope

Ability to handle miniature sized parts using tweezers and other small hand tools

Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF

Knowledge of electrical testing equipment: Ohmmeters, Hipot testers, Multimeters, etc. a plus

Knowledge of GD&T; a plus
