Knowledge of dedicated transportation operations.

Understands driver logs and hours of service.

Proficient in usage of transportation optimization software to perform routing, tendering, scheduling, and shipment tracking.

Must know MS Office software.

Comparable experience of one to two years in transportation operations for a retailer, manufacturing company, major carrier, or logistics company required.

One year of Driver Dispatch Management System (satellite dispatch systems) experience (McLeod, TMW, Telogis, Dispatch Tracks, AS400).

Bachelor's degree in business or Logistics preferred

One to two years' customer service experience preferred.

One to two years of onsite driver dispatch experience preferred.

$24.87 per hour

$0.50 shift differential.

Reach $26.61 per hour after 10 months.

Safety & Quality Training necessary, but not limited to:
