Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; or 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Standard Work, PSP, SMED, VRK, OEE, TPM).
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD (or similar 2D/3D drafting software).
