File warranty claims in a timely manner

Order, receive and maintain small engine parts stock levels
The Small Engines Parts Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. They will also stock, sell and order various small engine parts.
Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures
Proficiency working with computer systems to enter jobs, file warranty information and assist with finding parts
Utilize computer systems to initiate and complete customer work orders
Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
Assist customers by loading and unloading products
Able to pass a background check
Prior Retail experience preferred

With the use of Fall Protection - comfortable with minimum heights up to 140 feet
Maintenance of an active fumigation license in the state operated in
Ability to work extended hours during Harvest time (approx. September - January) 65-75 hours per week including some weekends
Must be a highly organized person
Proficient understanding of electronics - computers, computer networks, cameras, and communication devices
Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time
Minimum 24 months as Superintendent or 5-year experience in supervising grain elevator operations
