Ability to read, write, and process all instructions, written or verbal.
Ability to use or willingness to obtain certification for lifting and moving equipment, including overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, etc. as required.
Must have a working knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
Ability to interpret manufacturing mechanical blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
Willingness to work overtime as needed and alter hours as business needs dictate.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Specific PPE is required within the cell.
