Schedule: 9/80 Regular (Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off)

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

4+ years of experience in electrical hardware design and development, including at least one of the following areas: Electronics analysis; Analog and digital circuit design and simulation; Parts selection and BOM development; Schematic capture; Support of PCB design and layout activities; Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) bring-up and test; Hardware and system integration and testing

At least 1 year of experience working with power electronics, power switching devices, and control systems.

At least 1 year of experience assembling and testing engineering designs and prototypes using modern lab tools and test instrumentation, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.

Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Demonstrated experience supporting full life-cycle engineering design and development activities, from concept through production.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of production support and design-for-manufacturability considerations.

Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling, analysis, and development activities.

Experience using PSpice or equivalent circuit simulation tools.

Circuit design and schematic capture experience using tools such as Mentor Graphics PADS, Siemens Xpedition, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with applicable military specifications and standards.

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
