Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes and their impact on safety, quality, and productivity.
Proficiency with standard computer software and administrative tools.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Foundational skills in industrial engineering and continuous improvement.
Understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts and their application in a production environment.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
Experience with data mining and data analysis using tools such as Excel, VBA, SQL, or similar analytical platforms.
Proficiency with drafting and workflow mapping software such as Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD.
Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
Understanding of capital project planning and implementation, including evaluation and execution of improvement investments.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production technologies in an industrial environment.
Strong computer proficiency across multiple software platforms and tools.
