Knowledge of basic retail financials (P&L;, shrink, margins, waste control)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with retail management systems preferred
PDI experience preferred
Experience with POS systems, back‑office inventory software, and vendor ordering platforms
Minimum of 5–8 years of supervisory experience in a retail, grocery, or C‑store environment
Strong understanding of convenience‑store operations, including fuel, foodservice, and regulatory compliance
Must be able to work on‑site at assigned store locations
Skilled in scheduling, labor management, and coordinating daily store workflow
