Ability to work rotating shifts - day and/or nights and weekends
Must be and remain clean shaven at all times
Wear a full face tight fitting respirator and a fully encapsulated (Level A) ER suit, Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), or any other tight-fitting and/or supplied air respirators (SAR)
Successfully complete all assigned and required training
Ability to roll cylinders
Fitness for duty, including but not limited to: ability to lift 50 pounds and have the ability to climb ladders
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a chemical process operations environment + qualified on process
Proficiency with basic computer software including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs.
Incident Commander Training - ICS200 minimum
Qualified in process for minimum one year
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems
Demonstrated understanding of plant fire systems and alarms
Completed Hazmat technician level training from a certified body
Understanding of IMSand Plant Gas Monitoring system
Understanding of the plant specific Cylinder Handling Programs (PF, ERP, Cylinder Handling, PM)
Fitness for duty, including but not limited to: ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
Ability to medically pass a respiratory test and physical test in order to wear a full face respirator as required
Ability to effectively and proficiently communicate both verbally and written in English
