HOA or property management experience is helpful but not required.
Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multiple teams in a growing organization
Experience overseeing organizations with 25+ direct and indirect reports
Proven ability to establish, monitor, and improve operational KPIs, scorecards, and business performance metrics
Track record of coaching leaders, driving accountability, and addressing performance issues effectively
Experience leading operational improvements, change management, and organizational scaling initiatives
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform staffing, capacity planning, productivity, client service, and operational decisions
Experience in a high-growth, service-based organization with recurring revenue (HOA management, property management, professional services, healthcare, or similar industries preferred)
