Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Requires previous assembly work and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
Must have mechanical aptitude working with machinery
Must be meeting or exceeding standards in current production position for a minimum of 3 months (for internal applicants)
Must be able to read and effectively communicate in English
Able to maintain a good attendance record
Must be able to be on feet continuously
Must be able to bend, turn, push, pull frequently
Must be able to reach overhead frequently
Must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs
Must be able to keep up with manufacturing speeds
Must be able to work in temperatures 35-45 degrees
Must be able to properly perform and rotate to all positions on the line
Based on production schedule and assigned shift, must be able to stand for 10-12.5 hrs in cool temperatures
