1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and carpentry systems

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather

Trade school or technical certification

CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification

Onsite multifamily or apartment maintenance experience

Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar maintenance software

Spanish fluency
