AS Degree in Engineering or related discipline, a technical trade school degree and 2 years related work experience, or at least 4 years of related work experience.
Expertise in 3D CAD, cable routing, sheet metal and machined parts.
Working knowledge of how the designed solutions may be used to help in developing the manufacturability and qualification tests and reliability parameters.
Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
Prolonged sitting or standing.
Visual acuity. Must be able to distinguish imperfections in material or product.
Must be able to distinguish full range of colors.
Potential to lift or transport light to heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
