Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or related technical field with 2+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex analytical instruments or Advanced Degree
Demonstrated expertise with complex electro-mechanical systems, preferably supporting IC and HPLC instruments
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for hardware and software issues with the ability to diagnose issues down to component level
Experience mentoring, training, and providing technical guidance to others preferred
Experience documenting service activities and preparing accurate, detailed service reports
Previous experience delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to build positive customer relationships
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and engineering drawings
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
Availability to respond to urgent customer needs
Proficiency with Windows operating systems, networking, and standard business software
Adhere to all safety protocols and be able to work in cleanroom environments when required
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in laboratory environments
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75%
