3-5 years of progressive housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort or hospitality environment.

3+ years of management experience.

Knowledge of housekeeping operations, budgeting, cost management, quality assurance, and guest experience.

Experience recruiting, training, coaching and evaluating employees.
