Associate's degree in Welding or Manufacturing with 2 years of robotic or automated weld operating experience required
Experience with Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) processes required
Experience operating overhead cranes and forklift
Willing to submit to a drug screen
Experience with programming and electrical systems is required
Must be 18 years of age or older at time of application
Ability to obtain and maintain required welder/operator qualifications
No felony convictions of Theft/Deception or Violent crimes within seven years from disposition date
High school diploma/GED or comparable trade experience and 4 years of robotic or automated weld operating experience
No felony convictions of Drug crimes within three years from disposition date
Willing to submit to a background check
Able to provide proof of US Person Status

Demonstrated the ability to read drawings and interpret technical documents
Comparable work experience is defined as 5 or more years of experience working in the robotic welding industry
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
Able to provide proof of US Person status
Willing to submit to a background check
