Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline and five years' experience in quality or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or industrial certifications.
Demonstrated experience in Quality Management Systems ISO9001/AS9100/NADCAP including Auditor Certifications.
Experience in statistical techniques for process control and data analysis.
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework experience.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and other Continuous Improvement techniques.
Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Strong facilitation, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Solid people and organizational management and development skills
Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines is essential.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a cross-functional team environment is critical.
