High School diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge of commonly used mechanical concepts, practices, and procedures required
Able to operate overhead cranes and forklifts preferred
Ability to correctly use and read a tape measure
Willingness to train/work during hours outside of regularly-scheduled core shift

5+ years of experience in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical sales, retrofits, or related project management.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Travel expectations – Weekly as needed
Ability to climb ladders and work in rooftop environments with exposure to seasonal temperatures.
Proficient in Microsoft O ice and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Clear verbal communication and active listening.
Working knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical systems.
Fine motor skills for typing and handling small tools/materials.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
