High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work onsite at Hopedale Medical Complex and reasonably commute to the Hopedale campus as scheduled.
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately with sensitive employee and compensation information.
Previous experience in Human Resources, payroll, benefits, administration, accounting, or a related field.
Experience with Paycor, Employee Navigator, or a similar HR, payroll, or benefits platform.
Experience supporting or processing payroll.
Experience with employee benefit administration, enrollment, or Open Enrollment.
