Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3+ years of management in sales or customer service retail environment
Ability to read, write and speak English
Experience in destination-style retail environment
Comfortable with technology including mobile devices and video platforms
Proficient with computers and software applications
Retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with potential travel to other locations as needed
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Uniform attire and appearance required
