Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience leading a technical team in a production, operations, or maintenance environment.
Experience operating and maintaining equipment associated with manufacturing or process operations, including pumps, motors, generators, motor controllers, control systems, electrical systems, and thermal and chemical processes.
Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, budgeting, and project management principles.
Proficiency with CMMS and accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office.
Must meet and maintain all requirements applicable to a DOT-covered employee, including participation in required drug and alcohol testing and the DOT Clearinghouse.
Valid First Aid/CPR certification, or the ability to obtain within six months of employment.
