High school diploma, Associate degree, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work effectively in a GMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing and cleanroom environment.
Ability to follow and work with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
Basic understanding of GMP documentation practices.
Ability to perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas.
Capability to perform pH and conductivity measurements accurately.
Ability to operate production equipment such as ultrafiltration systems and chromatography columns.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Comfort working in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing setting with potential exposure to chemicals and human source products.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
Willingness to travel occasionally to offsite warehouses by personal automobile or company vehicle for work-related needs.
