Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Petaluma or Pacheco, CA or surrounding cities within the territory.

Customer account management or relationship management experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Or four year's experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions

Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement

Lease Up experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
