2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience if RRT;
3-5 years of experience if CRT.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver's license required for submission
RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

RTs assigned to the NICU need to know how to perform NAVA (neurally adjusted ventilatory assist) on Servo vents.
