Extensive experience in nursing home administration, assisted living facilities, or long-term care environments with a focus on intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and resident's
Familiarity with health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and disability services standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in residential or home & community care settings
Ability to develop effective care plans that incorporate social work principles and healthcare financial management skills
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and home care best practices
Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting, healthcare financial management, and resource allocation
Strong management skills complemented by executive experience in senior living or retirement home settings
