3–5 years of construction scheduling experience in commercial or industrial projects
Strong working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and its application to construction projects.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 for developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project for creating and managing project timelines and activities.
Understanding of electrical construction sequencing, building systems, and construction documents.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to accurately reflect scope and sequencing in the schedule.
Experience integrating subcontractor schedules and resource/manpower loading into master project schedules.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate schedule performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and stakeholder needs simultaneously.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey complex scheduling information clearly to project teams and leadership.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with and supporting multiple stakeholders across project teams.
