3–5 years of construction scheduling experience in commercial or industrial projects
Strong working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and its application to construction projects.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 for developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project for creating and managing project timelines and activities.
Understanding of electrical construction sequencing, building systems, and construction documents.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to accurately reflect scope and sequencing in the schedule.
Experience integrating subcontractor schedules and resource/manpower loading into master project schedules.
Experience with industrial construction environments and production tracking methodologies.
Background in electrical construction, including familiarity with building systems and trade sequencing.
Experience creating conceptual and proposal schedules to support estimating and preconstruction efforts.
