On-Site (5 days)

Possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Open to all Engineering areas of emphasis).

Must be graduated prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.

Have had prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or the capability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.

Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Ability to temporarily relocate for 14-week training program.

Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months

Ability to provide proof of insurance

Have no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: * DUI in the previous 3 years. * Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.

Willingness to work in a mobile working model with travel within your assigned geographic sales territory.

Valid driver's license.

A degree - Associates or Bachelor's Degree or certifications/college courses.

Two or more years of business-to-business or outside sales experience, including business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling.

Technology sales and educational experience i.e. SaaS sales experience, CRM, SalesForce or other client management tools, social media, etc.
