The base salary range for this role begins at $121,000 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to $156,500 in our highest cost US region.

Your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16%

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 5+ years of software development experience delivering production-grade applications.

Strong proficiency with a modern stack such as C#, .NET, Node.js, * JavaScript/TypeScript, and React, plus solid SQL, HTML5, and CSS fundamentals.

Solid understanding of modern application architectures (microservices, API-first, single-page apps) and command of core design patterns (e.g., MVC, CQRS, Repository).

Experience building or integrating AI-powered features using LLM APIs (e.g., * Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) — such as conversational interfaces, summarization, or intelligent search.

Experience designing agent-based systems — multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, and orchestration — using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph or directly against LLM provider SDKs; familiarity with RAG and context management.

Comfortable working in an AI-augmented development environment, leveraging agents like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex for coding, debugging, and review — and able to evaluate AI output critically.

Experience with Azure or AWS;

Experience with cloud-based financial or operations platforms, including APIs, integrations, single sign-on, and data visualization.

Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, including presenting to non-technical audiences.

Working knowledge of Python (or willingness to ramp quickly), given its central role in AI/ML development and tooling — a strong plus.

Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) is a strong plus.

Experience with financial applications preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of related systems engineering, infrastructure support, desktop engineering, print services, or enterprise IT support experience.

Demonstrated experience troubleshooting print servers, printers, printer drivers, print queues, spooler services, and network printing issues in a corporate environment.

Experience supporting business applications that depend on printing services, including troubleshooting application print output, label formatting, device communication, and user workflow issues.

Strong scripting experience: PowerShell, VBScript, Batch

O365 & Exchange 365 administrative experience REQUIRED

Proficiency in design, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the following required: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, Microsoft Hyper-V 2012 R2+, VMWare ESXi 5.1,5.5,6.x+, VMWare VCenter and CORE services running on these services.

Strong technical knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Systems Center products: System Center Configuration Manager, Systems Center Virtual Machine Manager.

Experiencing working with and managing monitoring solutions for IT operations, equipment and application performance such as Solar Winds.

Experience working with enterprise equipment and servers from but not limited to the following: HPE (HP Blade and Rack Servers), DELL Servers/Storage, Cisco UCS Blade Centers

Strong technical knowledge of and experience managing an enterprise class backup suite
