5+ years of professional corporate work experience.

3+ years of experience reviewing, negotiating, and analyzing business agreements, commercial documents, policies, procurement activities, or similar business transactions.

Experience drafting and redlining contracts.

Experience identifying business, operational, financial, compliance, or contractual risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

Experience collaborating with stakeholders to resolve business, operational, or commercial issues and support sound business decisions.

Experience assessing third-party, operational, compliance, information security, privacy, or enterprise risks to support appropriate risk mitigation and governance requirements

Experience collaborating with Risk Management and business stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

Experience managing contract-related activities within a procurement functional area.

Experience with MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and/or other commercial contracts.

Experience managing supplier/vendor relationships.

Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and contract governance processes.
