Must be able to work full-time or part-time hours as needed (Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week)
Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across departments
Ability to supervise and direct colleagues on the selling floor
Ability to open and close the building and participate in daily back-of-house functions
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Must reside within the store's operating area or be able to fulfill work location requirements as implied by the job posting
Ability to process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash register
