High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Prior experience in a healthcare, academic, or manufacturing environment.

Ability to exercise good judgment.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Ability to effectively use hand and power tools and other appropriate tools and equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve facilities-related issues using analytical problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance for classified work areas.
