High school diploma or GED required
Basic understanding of mechanical operations including drill presses, high-speed shear mixers, rotor mixers, and screen printing
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint
Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including the ability to work with ratios, percentages, volumes, mix ratios, and calibration curves
Ability to lift and move equipment, drums, and barrels weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during laboratory and production operations
Strong manual dexterity to operate laboratory instruments, hand tools, printers, and material cutting/pinning equipment
