4+ years of experience in industrialization, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE, BSIE, manufacturing, materials) or a related technical field
Demonstrated experience taking a product or supplier from prototype/NPI through production ramp, including tooling and line bring-up
Hands-on experience with value stream mapping, capacity modeling, and production flow optimization on a live manufacturing floor
Working knowledge of quality fundamentals including PPAP, FAI/AS9102, control plans, PFMEA, and SPC
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T;
Ability to travel up to 25% to supplier sites, domestic and international
Ability to work onsite in Quincy, MA
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
