Proven experience in CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting.

Mastercam proficiency or ability to learn new programming tools quickly.

High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Strong understanding of machining principles, shop math, and material properties.

Ability to manage the complete design-to-production process, including prototype and small-run development.

Operate, set up, and troubleshoot milling and wire EDM machines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining steps, materials, tooling, and production sequence.

Translate R&D; and prototype designs into fully machined, production-ready components with minimal supervision.

Monitor production quality, verify tolerances using calibrated measuring tools, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Tool and Die or precision manufacturing background (preferred).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience an engineering leadership role with responsibility for delivery, team development, and execution.

5+ years of core experience in product design and development.

Experience with modern object-oriented programming languages.

Experience working with relational databases.

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and related technologies.

Experience with enterprise monolith applications as well as Cloud based enterprise applications

Demonstrated success developing employees professionally and supporting growth opportunities.

Hourly Rate: $23.00 Plus 20% Shift Differential

Total Rate: $ 27.60 per hour

Second Shift: 3:30pm- 12:00am

High school diploma or GED

1-3 years of experience in CNC machine operation

Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorization from the U.S. Department of State or Department of Commerce

Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
