Four (4) or more years work experience working with or providing services for persons with disabilities, especially those with perceptual, cognitive, and/or mobility disabilities.
Experience in individual training and public speaking.
Demonstrate ability to provide training and support to people of all abilities and levels of sophistication.
Must have the ability to track multiple projects, give support to staff members, and keep a timely schedule while maintaining good working relations with diverse staff to create a team environment.
Must always be able to work flexible hours and be available to staff throughout the day. This includes being available to work early mornings, late evenings, weekdays, and weekends as business needs require.
Must possess at a minimum an _intermediate_ skill level of the Microsoft Office operating system including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Also, must have the ability to quickly learn and utilize new software programs.
Must possess a WA state driver's license with a good driving record meeting certain criterion as defined by MV Transit employee policy. MV Transit driving record policies are provided upon request.
